Programs consist of 4 powerful hypnotherapy sessions in small groups of 4 to 6. These group will enable you to share and provide support for each other checking in on your progress. Second part of the workshop will be to release the creator in you. We are natural creators; we create life, families, homes, relationships and all that is in it. All things around you were created by someone from the pen you write with to the chair you sit on and the home you live in. Tap into the right hemisphere of your brain and ignite the flame that was once lit up when you were a child. This workshop will help you to have the confidence in free artistic creativity and awakening our intuition, connecting to our higher self. We will take part in individual and group activities creating unique pieces of art. Lets fully use the brain that is been given to us, we are all creators we create life, what’s higher than that.
First part of the workshop will be a series of Time Empowerment meditations on a specific area of your life. Motivating you to make proactive steps in improving and assisting through your subconscious. Using powerful hypnosis techniques that will break through your own restraints, helping you to see and feel, what it would be like to be living your goals. This meditation will help you relies that you have every thing inside of you to move forward to make a happier you and the only person that is holding you back it you. Today we will let go of those fears, inhibitions and limited beliefs and empower you to make small or big steps toward improving your lives.
Through these workshops you will be participating in three techniques to reconnect to your inner wisdom that will intern help you find clarity in your self, your present and future goals. Joanne Burgess a Master Practitioner of NLP, Motivational Coach and Color Therapist has designed these workshops using all aspect of her experience and a lifetime of studying and teaching. The workshops will focus on the creating an equal Librium in your life breaking through obstacles and fears you may have holding you back, using a combination of NLP time empowerment techniques through meditations, Creativity expression and releasing fear and procrastination through rhythm. Each lesson will be 1hour 30 minuets to 2 hours long and made up of three parts. Each part is as significant as the other to get in touch with the 7 year old subconscious mind that is desperate to break through. Release the fear and transform yourself to become the creator of a new life, full of fulfillment, joy and abundance. 3rd step Day 11-14 Follicle maturity, trigger shots ,appointment prior to egg collection. Relaxation, positive visualization, releasing fears.
4th step Day 14-16/19 from egg collection to embryo transfer,
womb recovery healing, reduce swelling, guided imagery.
5th step - before embryo transfer appointment
Accepting the embryo, the temple of feminine ancestors

6th step - Day of embryo transfer to pregnancy test. Positive projection, transition into motherhood. Meeting your higher self, strengthening the creative power of motherhood.
7th step - Depending on the results in the first couple of weeks, strengthening mind body connection and supporting and dealing with the results. Being here now. Reassurance and femininity.
8th step - Moving forward, relaxation, strengthening mind and body connection and addressing any emotions and fears.
Each week in class you will be given specific instructions on how to set a goal and intention from each area of the wheel of life. You will be requested to check in on each other 6 months later to see how much you have achieved.
